On the morning of April 25, the provincial fire investigation and news publicity competition jointly organized by the Guangdong Provincial Fire Rescue Corps and the Provincial Public Security Department officially kicked off in Zengcheng, Guangzhou. The tournament is divided into Pearl River Delta and non-Pearl River Delta regions. 21 detachments will compete around 5 individual fire investigation items, 2 group projects and 2 subjects of news publicity. It will compete with other 8 competition teams in the Pearl River Delta region for 5 days.
It is understood that this competition will select some places to be demolished in Zengcheng to create a real fire simulation site and carry out fire investigation and news publicity competition. The fire rescue detachment of 21 prefectures and cities in the province will each select 5 fire-fighting cadres, and unite with 3 local criminal investigation technicians to form a team to participate in the real fire simulation actual fire investigation competition; each detachment will also select 2 fire-fighting propaganda personnel to participate in the news Propaganda contest. The purpose of this competition is to improve the level of fire control and publicity work in the province, create a fire control and publicity team with excellent style, ability, and quality, strengthen fire control and public security criminal investigation and fire investigation cooperation, and increase the crackdown on fire-related crimes.
The reporter learned from the Guangdong Provincial Fire Rescue Corps, the fire investigation contest will set up a single contest and group contest 2 modules, single contest set up video analysis and electronic data extraction and recovery, on-site photography, on-site mapping, on-site modeling, simulation experiments and other five individual subjects; group contest will combine the lessons of fire accidents in recent years, 22 simulated fire scenes such as "three-in-one" shops, medical care centers, teaching and training institutions, rental apartments, etc. will be set up in all elements and the whole process. Each participating team will enter the corresponding scene by drawing lots to complete the competition tasks such as investigation and inquiry, on-site inspection, cause investigation, etc. The news propaganda contest will be divided into two subjects: news gathering and editing on the competition site and fire public opinion disposal (including press conference), with a total of 8 items. The participating members of each detachment will complete the gathering, editing, shooting and production of multiple categories of manuscripts, short videos and documentaries such as microblog, radio and television news, newspapers and periodicals within the specified time, at the same time, it is necessary to complete the competition of the press conference, the focus response of public opinion and the collection and editing of press releases within the specified time.
It is reported that the tournament will close on April 30. At present, the tournament in the Pearl River Delta region is competing around five individual items, including plane drawing, on-site modeling, simulation experiments, on-site photography skills, video analysis of fire investigation and electronic data.
